How do I use the Shoutbox? I can't find anywhere to type O.o?
And... WTF IS THAT GREEN BUTTON/BAR I KEEP SEEING POP UP AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN?!?
Honestly. I have no idea what it is, what it does, or what it says. But I want to know.
EDIT: Like... 1 minute after posting this I found the shoutbox text box. Then... when opening the page to edit this... I saw that the green bar says "Loading." So... Problem solved. Thank you.
